A Stupor Of Thought

Remember when those guys built the Tower of Babel and they all had their languages changed so they all had to speak a different language?

If that ever happens again, I hope I am the lucky one who gets to keep English as my language. Because I didn’t do very well in my Junior High Spanish class.

Plus all my DVDs and comicbooks are in English.

Of all the blogs I read, this one is my very favorite.

I don't care what language I'm assigned, I just hope my neighbor is forced to shut the hell up.

Plus, with this blog being in English, that could be kinda awkward.

Oh to be deaf at this time in history! Everyone would be freaking out and there you are shaking your head saying "WTF?!" Your trying to read lips and you decide that all of your friends a complete a-holes. And in your best deaf voice you say, "Funny joke guys, no stop moving your lips like a bad kung-fu movie. Now when are we going to get back to work on the tower?"

Actually, I often think my language is confounded because quite often I don't understand a word people say. Especially rappers, sports stars and teen-agers.

Seriously. Cause even if you put Closed Captioning on in whatever new language you get, it's unlikely they'll get it right.

on my mission I always said "pity the fool that walked out of there speakin' hungarian." that language is a doozy.
