I just wanted to give you all a heads-up, so you’re not completely confused when it happens: I have decided to change my on-line name from Gatsby to Matsby.
Now I understand it’s going to be strange since you are used to calling me Gatsby – just like I imagine it was strange at first for the people who followed Abram's papyrus blog when he changed his user name to Abraham.
But you’ll get use to it and I believe that we may even end up better off in the end because of it.
Your friend in the Schroedernacle,
Brother Matsby (former DL)

Wonderfully creative, but it was Jacob whose name was changed to Israel :)
I'm a little uneasy about this, but I trust you.
Swally's right. Abraham was originally named Abram.
Can I just call you McGatsby? I prayed about it and the Spirit told me it's a much cooler name for you. And I know I am not qualified to receive divine inspiration for others, but the coolness of this name just came off as so strong.
Thanks guys. You are right, I had gotten the names wrong. See? It is confusing. Even a couple thousand years later, people are getting confused by the changes.
But I have made the correction. Thanks again.
Matsby - does this mean you've been saved?
I hope so.
Well, if you're a former DL then you MUST know what you're doing.
