LOL! We should up for tithing settlement and the bishop did not. I thought about sending him a note on FB, saying the same thing so that we didn't have to reschedule.
But then how are you going to ask the Bishop for financial assistance if you don't go see him in person?

Two years ago, My Bishop said if you didn't want to come to settlement, just stop him in the hall and tell him you're a full tithe payer. The next year he didn't do that because he said that nobody came to tithing settlement....
Maybe you can also start a campaign to pay tithing via paypal
